This shoe house is so adorable. I originally was going to buy the mushroom house but then I saw this one. I am glad I changed my mind. It is too cute. The door bell chimes and the flowers light up. The toe of the shoe opens up and the tongue of the shoe comes down. Also the french doors on the balcony open. There are not too many parts to get lost. The only thing is the handle is not attached. It snaps on but comes off too easily. I bought this for my two year and she really enjoys playing with it.
DONT BUY THIS TOY! I purchased one of these for my nephew at Christmas, only to be embarrased when it did not work. I returned it to Toy's are US. I had to buy one to replace it from an Amazon store, it also did not work. Apparently they have a factory defect Fisher Price is not telling us about. BEWARE
These are great, if your child doesn't destroy them. These spouts are great, but my daughter has been through about 10 of them in last few months. She chews on them and they seem to start leaking very quickly. I think if she wasn't still teething, they would be great. We're back to the drawing board to find the perfect cup. :)
Warm coat Purchased for Grandson he is rough and this coat has held up really well. Nice colors for a blonde haired little person.Will purchase more coats from amazon.
best shape sorter This is the best shape sorter out there. The "shapes" are 3-D, so they can be inserted in many different directions, not just 2 directions like the usual toy of this kind. This means that even 1 year olds can really work out the problem on their own. The door and key are equally fascinating, as others have noted: open the door, close the door, take out shape, put in shape, etc for long periods of time. One of the best and most fun toys my son owns, AND its educational in an open-ended way, unlike all of these electronic "learning" toys.
